FHL^TM-Emiglaze is a high emissivity coating to the furnace hot face to direct thermal energy towards a load in the furnace where in the furnace operates about 750°C.
The high emissivity coating contains a high emissivity agent and a binder. The high emissivity agent is a proprietary proved emissivity agent which will ensure high emissivity factor up to 0.87 - 0.9 from 750° C to 1450° C. The binder suspension agent is formulated to define the consistency and drying characteristics of paint such that the coating can be applied in a manner similar to the manner in which paint is applied on refractory bricks, ceramic fiber blankets/ modules and vacuum formed ceramic fiber boards. Moreover, the binder/suspension agent withstands the final use temperature.
